What does TOG mean?
TOG measures the thermal insulation level of the sleeping bag:
- TOG 0.4 – 0.5: ideal for +24 ºC
- TOG 1: between 21 ºC and 24 ºC
- TOG 2.5: colder temperatures

- Machine washable at 30 ºC
- Avoid hot tumble drying
