What does TOG mean?
TOG measures the thermal insulation level of the sleeping bag, helping to choose the most suitable option according to the room temperature:
- TOG 0.4 – 0.5: ideal for +24ºC (summer)
- TOG 1: between 21ºC and 24ºC (mid-season)
- TOG 2.5: lower temperatures (winter)
